The Syria Resilience Consortium (SRC) was formed in 2016 by six INGOs – CARE, DRC, Humanity and Inclusion, IRC, Mercy Corps and NRC – to equip individuals, families, and communities in Syria with the tools and skills for a better economic future.
OUR VISION:
A Syria in which all individuals, families and communities are resilient and characterized by social and economic well-being.
OUR MISSION:
Collaborate with partners and donors to support individuals, families, and communities in Syria with tools and skills to rebuild their lives.
During the consortium’s six years of operation (until January 2023), SRC members combined their diverse experiences and technical expertise in livelihoods, food security, economic recovery, empowerment, gender and social inclusion to help 2.98 million Syrians living across multiple operational hubs in both government and non-government-controlled areas to build resilience.
